SF Tech, formerly known as Kashiwara Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was established over 60 years ago in 1945. Our principal business back in the early 1950s was in OCTG couplings and machining for aircraft components.

The company changed its focus in 1977; when we began manufacturing equipment for semiconductor material industries.

Later, we began machining for new materials, such as ceramics, FRP, etc.

To underscore our commitment to quality, reliability and the environment, all of our manufacturing facilities are certified to the ISO 9001, international standards for quality management.
